1. Introduction
Welcome to Lingenfelter Auto Spa. By scheduling an appointment, submitting a booking request, making a payment, or leaving your vehicle in our care, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. Please read them carefully before engaging our services.
These Terms apply to all services offered by Lingenfelter Auto Spa, including but not limited to Ceramic Coating, Window Tinting, Paint Protection Film (PPF), Color PPF, Custom Body Kits, and other aesthetic customization services.

2. Services Offered
Lingenfelter Auto Spa provides the following professional automotive services:
Ceramic Coating – Professional-grade nano-ceramic coating application for paint protection and hydrophobic performance.
Window Tinting – Precision-cut window film installation for UV protection, heat reduction, and privacy.
Paint Protection Film (PPF) – Clear film installation to protect painted surfaces from rock chips, scratches, and road debris.
Color PPF – Colored paint protection film offering both aesthetic customization and surface protection.
Custom Body Kits – Installation of aftermarket body kit components including bumpers, spoilers, side skirts, and diffusers.
Other Aesthetic Customizations – Additional services as quoted and agreed upon prior to work commencing.
All services are subject to a pre-service vehicle inspection. Lingenfelter Auto Spa reserves the right to decline or modify services based on the condition of the vehicle.

3. Appointments and Bookings
3.1 Booking Methods
Appointments may be scheduled through the following channels:
Online booking via our website
Phone booking by calling our service desk
Walk-in appointments, subject to availability
Walk-in appointments are accommodated on a best-effort basis and may require rescheduling. We strongly recommend pre-scheduling for ceramic coating, PPF, and custom body kit installations due to the time-intensive nature of these services.
3.2 Appointment Confirmation
All appointments are considered confirmed only upon receipt of a written or electronic confirmation from Lingenfelter Auto Spa. Online bookings will receive an email confirmation. Phone bookings will be confirmed via email or SMS upon request.
3.3 Cancellations and Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of standard services. For services requiring advance preparation (ceramic coating, full PPF wraps, custom body kit installations), a minimum of 72 hours' notice is required.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid. Lingenfelter Auto Spa reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the quoted service cost for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice.

4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Quotes and Estimates
All pricing is provided as an estimate unless expressly stated as a fixed price in writing. Final charges may vary based on the actual condition of the vehicle, complexity of installation, and materials used. Customers will be notified of any material price changes before work commences.
4.2 Payment Methods
Lingenfelter Auto Spa accepts the following payment methods:
Online payments via our secure payment portal
In-person payment at time of service pickup
A deposit may be required at the time of booking for select services. Deposit amounts and conditions will be communicated at the time of scheduling.
4.3 Deposits
For services including ceramic coating, PPF, Color PPF, and custom body kits, a non-refundable deposit of up to 50% of the total quoted price may be required to secure your appointment. This deposit is applied toward the total balance due upon completion.
4.4 Outstanding Balances
Full payment is due upon completion of services and before vehicle release. Lingenfelter Auto Spa reserves the right to retain possession of the vehicle until all outstanding balances are settled. Vehicles uncollected beyond 7 days after service completion may be subject to storage fees.

5. Vehicle Condition and Customer Responsibilities
5.1 Pre-Service Inspection
Lingenfelter Auto Spa will conduct a documented inspection of your vehicle prior to commencing any services. Customers are encouraged to be present during the inspection and to disclose any pre-existing damage, modifications, or conditions that may affect service delivery.
5.2 Customer Responsibility
By leaving your vehicle in our care, you confirm that:
You are the registered owner of the vehicle or have the legal authority to authorize services on its behalf.
All pre-existing damage has been noted during the intake inspection.
You have disclosed any known mechanical issues, aftermarket modifications, or previous paint or film work.
You have removed all personal valuables from the vehicle. Lingenfelter Auto Spa is not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle.
5.3 Vehicle Suitability
Lingenfelter Auto Spa reserves the right to refuse service or modify the scope of work if the vehicle is deemed unsuitable due to pre-existing damage, rust, contamination, improper prior repairs, or any condition that could compromise the quality or integrity of the services requested.

6. Warranties and Guarantees
6.1 Service Warranty
Lingenfelter Auto Spa warrants its workmanship and installation quality for a period specified at the time of service completion. Product warranties (e.g., ceramic coating, PPF film, window tint film) are governed by the respective manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions.
6.2 Warranty Exclusions
Warranties do not cover damage, failure, or performance degradation resulting from:
Physical damage, accidents, or misuse after service completion.
Exposure to harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaning products, or improper maintenance.
Automatic car wash facilities with brushes or harsh chemicals.
Pre-existing vehicle defects not disclosed prior to service.
Modifications made to the vehicle after service completion that affect the installed product.
6.3 Warranty Claims
All warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the applicable warranty period and accompanied by the original service receipt. Lingenfelter Auto Spa will assess the claim and, at its sole discretion, determine whether repair, replacement, or other remedy is appropriate.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lingenfelter Auto Spa's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Lingenfelter Auto Spa shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, diminution of vehicle value, or loss of income, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Lingenfelter Auto Spa is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, undisclosed modifications, or manufacturer defects discovered during the service process.

8. Window Tint – Legal Compliance
Window tint darkness levels are regulated by state and local law. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to confirm that the requested tint level complies with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations for the jurisdiction(s) in which the vehicle will be operated.
Lingenfelter Auto Spa will inform customers of commonly applicable legal tint limits as a courtesy, but makes no guarantee of legal compliance. By requesting a tint specification, the customer acknowledges and accepts full legal responsibility for compliance with applicable tinting laws.

9. Custom Body Kits and Aesthetic Modifications
Custom body kit installations and aesthetic modifications may involve drilling, bonding, or permanent alteration of the vehicle. Customers must sign a separate modification authorization form prior to commencement of such work.
Lingenfelter Auto Spa is not responsible for incompatibility issues arising from customer-supplied parts that do not meet fitment or quality standards. All customer-supplied parts are used at the customer's own risk. We reserve the right to refuse installation of parts deemed unsafe or incompatible.
Any modifications that may affect a manufacturer's warranty are undertaken at the customer's own risk and acknowledgment. Lingenfelter Auto Spa does not assume responsibility for changes to the vehicle's factory warranty status.

10. Photography and Media
Lingenfelter Auto Spa may photograph or record completed work for quality assurance, portfolio, and marketing purposes. By using our services, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such images and videos on our website, social media platforms, and promotional materials.
If you do not wish to have your vehicle photographed or featured in our marketing materials, please notify us in writing at the time of service booking.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), with arbitration conducted in Michigan.

12. Privacy Policy
Lingenfelter Auto Spa collects customer information including name, contact details, vehicle information, and payment data solely for the purpose of providing services, processing payments, and communicating with customers. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or necessary to process your payment.
By using our online booking and payment platforms, you acknowledge and agree to the data handling practices described above.

13. Amendments to These Terms
Lingenfelter Auto Spa reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will be made available on our website and at our service location. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
